We are very happy to have successfully turned over another SoulCycle on the West Coast.   Located in Seattle, Washington this 4,600 square foot indoor cycling studio was completed within our five-month schedule and has all the bells and whistles.  The space consists of two state of the art cycling studios with top notch sound systems along with multiple showers and bathrooms for riders to use at their leisure.   The scope of work included all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing as well as installing a commercial laundry facility.  We have worked with the SoulCycle team for several years and we enjoy each and every project that we get to work together.

Seeing Is Believing

We are proud to announce the successful opening of Warby Parker in Boston, MA.  In order for Warby Parker to stay open for business during construction, we completed these two floors consecutively by combining the retail space and examinations with the optometrists on site to one floor temporarily.  Each floor took 6 weeks to complete with a combined size of about 1,900 square feet and the scope of work included brand new mechanical, electrical and plumbing along with refinishing the existing hardwood flooring and installing a new bathroom.

This project was a bit more challenging than usual as we had no elevator or stairway to use so we had to boom lift everything into the space from the street. Despite these challenges we were able to turn the space over on schedule to a very happy client.  We enjoyed working together with the Warby Parker team and look forward to growing our relationship.
