Savers is a thrift-based retail company with a unique business model: one hundred percent of their product inventory comes from public donations, and a percentage of their proceeds is returned to charitable organizations. Beyond their retail locations, Savers operates a significant logistics infrastructure that supports the collection, processing, and distribution of donated goods across their network.

As Savers expanded their presence across multiple regions, they needed a construction partner familiar with the full scope of their operation — not just the retail side. Savers' business requires both customer-facing retail locations and specialized warehouse facilities capable of receiving donations and distributing them across a wide geographic area. Finding a partner who could support both types of construction, maintain consistency across regions, and adapt to Savers' specific scheduling and timeline requirements was essential to keeping their expansion on track.

Corcon partnered with Savers to support their regional growth across multiple locations. Having completed previous Savers build-outs, Corcon was able to bring that accumulated knowledge directly to new projects — applying what they learned about Savers' construction standards, timelines, and operational needs to each successive location. On one notable project, Corcon built and fit out a warehouse facility for Savers on the island, specifically designed to receive donated goods and distribute them throughout the Tri-state area and beyond. This project required a different scope than a typical retail fit-out, reflecting the logistical complexity at the core of Savers' business model.

Corcon has supported Savers through an active period of regional expansion, delivering both retail locations and specialized warehouse construction across multiple markets. The ongoing partnership has allowed Corcon to build a deep familiarity with Savers' operation, bringing institutional knowledge to each new project that benefits scheduling, coordination, and execution. The warehouse facility in particular gave Savers the infrastructure needed to support their donation-based supply chain at a regional scale.
