Our work on this project came together over just eleven weeks, during which our team delivered a full interior fit-out alongside a range of exterior enhancements. The scope included a new canopy addition over the existing patio, a fully finished first-floor patio area, and upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Every detail was intentional, supporting a modern, full-service restaurant environment while maintaining the building's occupancy classification.
