When a leading orthopedic group sets out to create a facility that matches the caliber of their care, every square foot of the build has to reflect that commitment to excellence. That was exactly the standard CORCON USA was held to when we took on the Orlin & Cohen Orthopedic Group project in Lynbrook, New York — and it is a project we are incredibly proud of.
The result is a 20,000 square foot, two-floor orthopedic care facility that brings together everything a top-tier practice needs under one roof. Orlin & Cohen's patients now have access to in-house diagnostic testing, physical therapy, and pain management services, all within a space that was thoughtfully designed and meticulously built. The facility features multiple MRI and X-ray rooms, dedicated exam rooms, as well as kitchens, private offices, and conference rooms — a truly comprehensive environment for both patients and staff.
But this project went well beyond a standard medical office buildout. The scope of work included the installation of a grand staircase, elevator work, and a generator installation — each element requiring careful coordination and skilled execution. And throughout every inch of the space, high-end finishes set the tone. Custom millwork and intricate stone and tile installation give the facility a level of refinement that is rarely seen in a medical setting, creating an environment that puts patients at ease the moment they walk through the door.
