Building Up in Brooklyn

Feb 17, 2022

We are happy to have completed work at 408 Fulton Street in Brooklyn, New York.  The scope of work included the removal of about 5,000 square feet of concrete, staircases and escalators.  We installed new steel and concrete to support the two new escalators, along with removing the third floor of the building in order to increase the height of the second floor ceilings.  The exterior work included new flashing on the roof and installing Alpolic metal panels across the storefront.  This was an exciting job to work on and are looking forward to our next project.

We are very proud to announce the successful completion of Versace at The Americana in Manhasset, New York.  Nothing was spared to make this 4,260 square foot space stand out.  We installed marble floors and walls, fluted panel walls and a three-sided video wall.  Finishing touches such as silk fabric walls in the fitting rooms and up lighting used throughout the space help to create the sophisticated image this brand illuminates.  We are looking forward to working with the Versace team in the future.
