The Customer

Bond Vet is a pet care company that experienced significant growth in the aftermath of COVID-19. Although Bond Vet had already been established before the pandemic, the surge in the pet care industry in the years that followed led to a major expansion well beyond their original footprint.

The Challenge

As Bond Vet moved to capitalize on the growth of the pet care market, they needed a construction partner who could support two things simultaneously: building out new locations as part of their expansion, and renovating one of their original stores — while keeping that existing clinic open and operational throughout the entire renovation process.

The Solution

Corcon worked with Bond Vet across both workstreams. For the expansion, Corcon managed the build-outs of multiple new locations as Bond Vet grew into new markets. For the original store, Corcon executed a renovation and expansion of the existing facility while the clinic remained fully operational — carefully sequencing the work to ensure Bond Vet never had to close their doors.
